Who is behind The Graceful Soul

Hello! My name is Caroline Rogers, I am a wife to Will Rogers and mamma of two fur babies, Ruby and Eli. Our little family is hoping to add children very soon! But for now our two curious kitties keep us on our toes!

I am a Ballet teacher, spiritual thinker, and work-life balance enthusiast!  I am passionate about bringing knowledge and communication in the areas of our society that are overlooked with our fast pace digital world we live in.     I never really associated procrastination with perfectionism but that is so true! I can see that I have done that many times and is probably the reason why I take longer than necessary to complete a goal. I have 3 projects that need follow through right now and I’m going to push onward. Thank you for your insight!

      Thank you for your comment! A lot of us don’t associate the two together, but they really do go hand and hand. The key is to learn when you are having your perfectionist traits come up, and replace the thoughts with a positive. Like, “this is good and good projects bring success!
